Capital letters have three big jobs in first grade: the start of a sentence, a person’s name, and the word I. Set 2 combines all three in longer sentences.
How to use it
Read the sentence and hunt for all three: first word, any names, and the word I. Remember a name gets a capital every single time, even in the middle of a sentence. Warm up with set 1 and pair it with commas in a series.
